Youth for Christ reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to prayer and the Word of God, passion for sharing the love of Christ and commitment to social involvement.
Suncoast Youth for Christ has been serving 11-19 year old youth in Manatee and Sarasota counties since 1955. We have a deep love for all teens, especially those on the fringe of society – incarcerated, pregnant, self-destructive, isolated. These are our kids. Our mission is to build authentic relationships with them, share the hope of Christ, and help each one create a future full of promise.
Love and acceptance opens the door for us to share the life-giving message of Jesus Christ.
